Banana Nut Cake
Ingredients
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 6 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and sour cream. Whisk together. Melt the butter (50 g) and mash the bananas with a fork. Add the melted butter and bananas to the egg mixture. Chop the walnuts with a knife and add them to the batter. Sift in the flour with the baking powder. Mix everything well, pour the batter into a mold (I used 22 cm), and bake at 374°F for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
When the cake cools, cut it into 2 layers, carefully trim the top and sides. Crush the trimmings in a blender.
Step 3
Cream: whip the softened butter with the condensed milk. Spread the cream inside and outside the cake, decorate the sides with crumbs... That's it!)
