- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Nuts - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until creamy.
Step 2
Add the eggs one at a time, beating each time until creamy.
Step 3
Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder. Pour half into the bowl.
Step 4
Mash the bananas. Add them to the bowl along with the remaining flour.
Step 5
Grease a loaf pan with butter and flour. Pour the batter into the pan.
Step 6
Bake at 356°F for 40–45 minutes.
