- Oat flakes - 5 tablespoons
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - to taste

Pour a little water into the bottom of a pot (this step is necessary to ensure that the milk does not burn), then add the milk.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, add the oat flakes, stir, and cook for about 15–20 minutes over medium heat until they are soft.
Step 3
Mash the banana well with a fork, remove the pot from the heat, and mix in the banana. Cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for another 5 minutes before serving.
