From my experience, I can say that if you have a gas oven, it may take 20 minutes to bake instead of 15.
Ingredients
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Ground Oats - 1 cup
- Mini Chocolate Chips - to taste
- Nuts - to taste
- Raisins - to taste
- Cranberry - to taste
- Dates - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the bananas with a fork and add the oats. Mix everything well and, if desired, add additional ingredients. Since the size of bananas can vary, you can adjust the amount of oats. If the mixture seems too liquid, you can add a little more oats.
Step 2
While adding additional ingredients, you should also monitor the consistency. If you add too many raisins, nuts, or chocolate, the cookies may not hold their shape and could crumble. For the specified amount of bananas and oats, 1/3 cup of raisins or other dry fillers will be quite sufficient.
Step 3
The final step is to preheat the oven to about 350–360 degrees Fahrenheit, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, scoop the cookies onto the sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
