- Borodinsky Bread - to taste
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Cheese - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat 2 eggs and pour in the milk. The more milk you add, the whiter the omelette will be. Add salt.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Pour oil into the skillet so that it covers the entire surface.
Step 4
Cut the bananas into small squares. When the skillet is heated, place the bread (cut 1 slice into 3 pieces) and fry until golden brown. Add the bananas to the skillet.
Step 5
Flip the pieces of bread to the other side, fry a little more, and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 6
Cook until done, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Once plated, immediately sprinkle with grated cheese. It's better not to use sweet varieties.
