Description
You can make granola not only from oatmeal but also by mixing it with other types.
Ingredients
- Bananas - 0 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 3 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 5.3 oz
- Dried ground orange peel - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the banana into a puree, then mix it with the oatmeal using your hands or a fork. Add the orange juice and stir well.
Step 2
Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 3
Then reduce the temperature to 338°F and bake until the granola is crispy and golden. It took me about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Cool down and transfer to an airtight container. Optionally, add chopped nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits, or seeds to the granola (but this will increase the calorie content).
