Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - to taste
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 5 teaspoons
- Bananas - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs, add sugar to taste (I use 2 tablespoons), a pinch of salt, and baking soda.
Step 2
Slice the banana into rounds. Mash it with a fork until it becomes a puree.
Step 3
Add to the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix well. Add the flour and knead until you have a creamy consistency.
Step 4
Pour sunflower oil into a preheated skillet. Add the mixture in small portions. Fry on both sides.
