Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Refined Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fermented Baked Milk - 4 fl oz
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Strawberries - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate Sauce - to taste
- Poppy seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the pancakes, combine milk, flour, eggs, and oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the bananas and strawberries, and mix with fermented baked milk (or sour cream) adding a tablespoon of Jerusalem artichoke syrup (or honey).
Step 3
Roll the pancakes with the filling into a tube. Serve with chocolate sauce and poppy seeds.
