Description
I drizzle chocolate topping on top and blend nuts in a blender, which I sprinkle on top. You can use any other filling.
Ingredients
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Gelatin - 1 packet
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in hot water and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, mix the milk, cream, and sugar. Place the mixture over low heat. It is important that the milk mixture does not form a skin.
Step 3
Once it boils, remove from heat and stir in the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Next, cut the bananas into pieces and add them to the milk-cream mixture.
Step 5
Add a pinch of cinnamon and blend in a blender.
Step 6
Pour the panna cotta into molds and place in the refrigerator to set.
