Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas. Combine with sugar. Mash with a fork.
Step 2
Add eggs, sour cream, and sunflower oil to the banana mixture.
Step 3
Stir in the flour sifted with baking powder. The batter should be of medium thickness.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the bowl of the multicooker greased with sunflower oil (I have a Polaris multicooker). Cook in 'Baking' mode for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove the pie using the steaming bowl.
