Description
For decoration: Sour cream — 100 ml; Powdered sugar or sugar — 3 tablespoons.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, peel the bananas and blend them into a smooth mass. If you don't have a blender, you can mash them with a fork.
Step 2
Add sugar and eggs and mix again. Combine the flour with baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla.
Step 3
Carefully pour the egg mixture into the flour. The final touch: add melted butter. Mix again.
Step 4
Before baking, grease the multicooker with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. If you don't have any, you can skip this step.
Step 5
Pour in the batter, close the lid, and set the 'Baking' mode for 60 minutes. After the signal, you can flip the pie and leave it in the same mode for another 20–30 minutes.
Step 6
In principle, it is quite good on its own, but to enhance its appearance, decorate it with sour cream whipped with sugar.
