- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Honey - 0.4 oz
- Whipped Cream - 10 fl oz
- Bananas - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin until smooth. Gradually add the flour, mixing the batter thoroughly.
Step 2
Then add the softened butter and honey. Mix everything well again to achieve a uniform batter.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a baking tray with butter, pour the batter onto it. Bake for 10–15 minutes. The batter for the roll should turn golden, but be careful not to let the edges dry out.
Step 4
Cool the cake layer to room temperature. Spread whipped cream on top.
Step 5
Place thinly sliced bananas on the cream. Roll the cake tightly. Brush the roll with sugar syrup, sprinkle with powdered sugar and grated chocolate. Optionally, decorate with berries or candied fruits.
