  • Bananas - 4 pieces

  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Rum - 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 0.3 cup

Step by Step guide

Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.

Step 2

Add sugar and mix.

Step 3

Add eggs and mix.

Step 4

Add rum. Mix. Sift flour with baking powder and mix.

Step 5

Add oil. Mix thoroughly.

Step 6

Let the dough rest for 20–30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease the baking pan with oil.

Step 7

Bake for 45–50 minutes until cooked through.
