Banana Shelter Cake

Ingredients

  • Chocolate - 0 fl oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • "Jubilee Cookies" - 12 pieces
  • Milk - 1 cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Leave the butter in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until it becomes soft.

Step 2

Once the butter has softened, mix it with hot chocolate and powdered sugar until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Step 3

Dip the cookies in milk to soften them slightly.

Step 4

Spread the chocolate cream evenly on foil or plastic wrap (first measure the cookies to see the area to cover with chocolate cream).

Step 5

Place the cookies on top of the cream layer.

Step 6

Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on top.

Step 7

Place a peeled banana in the center (I used 1 and a half).

Step 8

Carefully lift the edges of the foil and wrap it into a shelter shape.

Step 9

Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight, then remove the foil and slice the cake into pieces.
