Ingredients
- Strawberry - 3.5 oz
- Bananas - 3.5 oz
- Cranberry - 1.8 oz
- Fresh Mint - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste

Step 1
Take a ripe and soft banana, peel it, chop it up, place it in a bag, and put it in the freezer for at least an hour.
Step 2
If the strawberries and cranberries are fresh, they should also be frozen—simply place them in the freezer for an hour. However, it's more practical to buy them already frozen.
Step 3
Blend the frozen banana with the frozen berries in a blender. It's best to do this in three or four batches: first, chop everything into small pieces, and when a "creamy" foam starts to form, stop the blender and stir the banana-berry mixture a few times with a spoon. The sorbet is ready when the mixture becomes completely smooth.
Step 4
Garnish the finished dish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
