Ingredients
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.2 oz
- Beans - 1 piece
- Canned Peaches - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the banana with a fork, add the cottage cheese, egg yolk, and chopped peaches. Mix well.
Step 2
Whip the egg white until frothy and add it to the mixture.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly. You can add sugar or cinnamon to taste.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into molds and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 356°F (at the end, I drizzled them with chocolate pudding and placed them in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to cool).
