Ingredients
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Shortcrust Cake Mix - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 2.8 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Hazelnut - to taste
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
The base of the tartlets is shortcrust pastry. Pre-chill the dough and roll it out into a thin layer about 3–4 mm thick, then cut out circles to fit the baking molds.
Step 2
For the filling, slice the bananas thinly.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream. Add the sugar and mash until dissolved. Add a pinch of vanillin. Add the egg and mix well. Sift in 2 tablespoons of flour and mix again thoroughly.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 5
Assemble the tartlets. Place the dough into the molds. Add the banana slices and pour in the cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the tartlets rise and become golden brown.
