- Ladyfinger Cookies - 7.1 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Quail Egg - 6 pieces
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Freshly brewed green tea - 7 fl oz
- Rum - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Chocolate - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Brew the coffee and let it cool. Add a tablespoon of your favorite brandy, liqueur, or rum.
Step 2
Prepare the cream. Blend 1 banana and the quail egg yolks, then add the mascarpone. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the banana-mascarpone mixture into the egg whites.
Step 3
Dip the ladyfinger cookies in the cold coffee and layer them in a dish. Spread the cream on top, then add pieces of banana. Repeat the layers as needed.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
