- Safflower Oil - 4 fl oz
- Muscovado Sugar - 7.9 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.9 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a loaf pan (approximately 900 grams capacity) with oil and line it with parchment paper. Press the paper well into the pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the oil and sugar and stir for a few minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Step 3
Combine the flour and cinnamon and gradually incorporate into the egg mixture.
Step 4
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Place them in a bowl and mash. Add to the batter along with the yogurt. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until cooked through. Cool in the pan, then remove and slice.
