- Chinese green beans - 0.7 oz
- Fresh Mint - 1 tablespoon
- Orange Blossom Water - ½ tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut Milk - 12 fl oz
- Bananas - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a large pot with coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for one minute. Remove from heat. Drizzle with orange blossom water, add mint, and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 2
Place the beans in a heavy-bottomed skillet and heat until they turn golden brown with a crispy crust. Then lightly crush them in a mortar.
Step 3
Sprinkle the bananas with the beans and serve them cold or hot, garnished with a sprig of mint.
