  • Honey - 0.7 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the banana and slice it, then drizzle with lime (or lemon) juice.

Blend the cottage cheese, yogurt, honey, and egg in a blender until you achieve a light and airy consistency.

Step 3
