Banoffee Pie with Bananas
Ingredients
- Graham Crackers - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 4.9 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 can
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Cream 22% - 10 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 374°F.

Refrigerate for one hour.

Garnish with cocoa powder.
Step 2
Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter and sugar.
Step 3
Press the mixture into a 26 cm springform pan, compacting it tightly, preferably using the bottom of a glass.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the baked crust from the oven. Let it cool in a cold place (this will help it set faster).
Step 6
Once the crust has cooled, remove it from the pan.
Step 7
Spread the sweetened condensed milk as the first layer inside the crust and smooth it out.
Step 8
Slice the bananas into rounds and layer them as the second layer.
Step 9
Whip the cream and spread it as the third layer over the bananas.
