Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- 33% Cream - 8 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 can
- Walnuts - 1.4 oz
- Shortbread Cookies - 8.8 oz
- Multicolored candy - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the base, crush the shortbread cookies. Add the melted butter to the crushed cookies.
Step 2
Line a springform pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the bottom, creating a slight edge. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Whip the cold cream. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Peel and slice the three bananas into 1.5 cm rounds. Chop a handful of walnuts with a knife, and cut the Twix candy like the bananas.
Step 5
Spread the sweetened condensed milk over the base, layer the bananas on top, then add the whipped cream and garnish with walnuts and Twix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 6
Ready.
