- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Kirsch - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the almonds and grind them with the chocolate as finely as possible. Whip the egg whites and sugar into a thick foam. While continuing to whip, gradually add the sugar and cherry liqueur. Finally, slowly incorporate the chocolate, cinnamon, and almonds.
Step 2
Mix the dough well, roll it out, cut it using cookie cutters, and bake at a very low temperature.
