Basque cheesecake
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.4 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- 33% Cream - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mash the room temperature cream cheese with a spatula.
Step 3
Add sugar and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Add the flour.
Step 5
Stir in the egg and one yolk.
Step 6
Add heavy cream.
Step 7
Line a 14 cm diameter baking pan with two layers of parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Step 8
Bake the cheesecake at 428°F for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool completely on a wire rack without removing it from the mold.
Step 9
Remove from the pan and carefully peel off the parchment paper.
Step 10
Serve the Basque cheesecake with black coffee or tea.
