Bavarian Plum Pie
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla extract - ½ spoons
- Powdered Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Plums - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the butter with sugar and vanilla essence, and mix until smooth. Add the egg, sour cream, lemon zest, salt, and mix again.
Step 2
Sift the flour, add it to the butter mixture, and knead the dough.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease a shallow round baking dish and evenly spread the dough in it. Place halved plums on top. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
