Description
Calories per serving — 310 kcal. You can use any berries you like: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries, as well as fruits such as peaches, nectarines, apricots, or kiwis. Milk can be successfully replaced with almond, oat, rice, or soy milk. You can use either canned or cooked beans, but they must be light or white. Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup or agave syrup.
Ingredients
- Fresh Berries - 3 tablespoons
- Canned Baby Beets - 7.9 oz
- Ground Oats - 5 tablespoons
- Beans - 1 piece
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the beans and mix them with oats, milk, honey, banana, and vanillin.
Step 2
Blend this mixture into a puree and pour 1/3 into molds.
Step 3
Set aside another 1/3, and blend the remaining mixture with blueberries to create a berry layer.
Step 4
Pour this into the molds.
Step 5
Top with the remaining white mixture.
Step 6
Place in the freezer for 3 hours.
