Description
You can try using just yeast dough or just puff pastry. Instead of salmon, you can use trout.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 10.6 oz
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
- Melted Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Whole egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the prepared dough.
Step 2
Along the perimeter, slightly away from the edge, place part of the fish, cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Cover the fish with the dough from the edges and seal the seam.
Step 4
Cut the resulting fish and dough roll into pieces 4 cm wide and turn each one 90 degrees, fish side up.
Step 5
Cut the remaining fish into pieces and place them in the center of the pie.
Step 6
On top of the fish, arrange sliced tomatoes and peppers, season with salt, optionally add pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and cover everything with pieces of mozzarella.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes until golden brown.
Step 8
After 20 minutes of baking, brush the dough with egg yolk.
