- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese - 8.8 oz

- Sweet Pepper - 0.3 oz
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
- Avocado - 10.6 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- TABASCO® - 0 fl oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter for the beer pancakes. Mix the flour, 250 g of light beer, eggs, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling for the pancakes. Remove the skin from the bacon and cut it into strips. Grate the Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater. Mix everything together, add the remaining beer, ground black pepper, and mix again.
Step 3
Prepare the guacamole sauce. Blend the avocado, lemon juice, garlic, and TABASCO sauce until smooth.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan.
Step 5
Pour the pancake batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Place the filling in the center and bake in the oven until golden.
Step 7
Serve on a plate and garnish with thin strips of colorful sweet pepper and a sprig of parsley.
