Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Mustard Greens - 2 lbs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mound the flour and add butter, egg, water, and salt. Knead the dough, cover it, and set aside.
Step 2
Boil the beet greens for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Sauté the ground meat in butter with garlic and parsley.
Step 4
Squeeze out the excess liquid from the greens and add them to the meat, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Dust the countertop with flour, divide the dough into two parts, and roll out the crusts. Place one on the bottom of a round baking dish and prick it with a fork. Add the filling on top and cover with the other layer of dough. Pinch the edges.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.
