Description

- Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Ryzhenka - 1 fl oz
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 1½ glasses
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 7.1 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil or roast the beetroot until tender. Cut into pieces.
Step 2
Add the beetroot to the milk.
Step 3
Chop using a blender.
Step 4
Add the egg and fermented baked milk.
Step 5
Add salt, sugar, and flour.
Step 6
Mix well.
Step 7
Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Cook over medium heat on both sides in a skillet greased with vegetable oil.
