- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Water - 20 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate 2 eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the yolks with salt. Add water and gradually mix in the sifted flour until a smooth dough forms.
Step 2
Add vegetable oil and let the dough rest for 2 hours. It can be left overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites with a mixer and gently fold them into the dough.
Step 4
Cook pancakes on a dry skillet or with a small amount of oil.
Step 5
In a food processor, blend the chicken breast with the onion. Add salt, pepper to taste, and a few tablespoons of water, milk, or cream to make the meat mixture easy to spread.
Step 6
Cut each pancake in half.
Step 7
Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture on the more browned side of the pancake. Fold the pancake into a triangle.
Step 8
Beat 2 eggs with water or milk.
Step 9
Dip each folded pancake into the egg mixture and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 10
If the filling is undercooked, simmer for a few more minutes or finish cooking in the microwave.
Step 11
Serve with sour cream.
