- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Passion Fruit - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - ¾ cup

Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle measuring 35x30 cm, sprinkle with sugar, and fold the 35 cm edges towards the center. Then fold the resulting rectangle in half and cut it into slices 1 cm thick with a sharp knife. Place the cut slices cut-side up on a prepared baking sheet, slightly spread them apart, and press down with your palm to form hearts.
Step 2
Lightly moisten with water and bake in a moderately heated oven for about 15 minutes — until lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool.
Step 3
To prepare the glaze, combine the powdered sugar with melted butter and the pulp of the passion fruit, and mix until smooth. Cover the cooled cookies with the glaze and let sit for a few minutes to allow the glaze to set slightly.
