Description
Berries in chocolate
Ingredients
- Blackberry - 2.8 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 4.2 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 4.2 oz
- White Chocolate - 4.2 oz
- Pistachios - to taste
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the blueberries and dry them thoroughly. It's best not to wash the raspberries, as they will absorb excess moisture.
Step 3
In the microwave, melt the white and dark chocolate in separate bowls. Start by microwaving for 1 minute, then stir the chocolate and return it to the microwave. Continue this process, taking it out and stirring frequently, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Step 4
Skewer the blueberries one by one onto toothpicks or skewers and dip them in white chocolate. Place the berries on parchment paper and put them in the refrigerator to let the chocolate set quickly.
Step 5
Transfer a small amount of white chocolate into a pastry bag.
Step 6
Fill all the raspberries with white chocolate and place them in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 7
Remove the blueberries, and once again, skewer the berries on toothpicks. Dip them in dark chocolate, but not completely, leaving part of the white chocolate visible.
Step 8
Spread the blueberries on the paper again and place them in the refrigerator.
Step 9
Dip half of the stuffed raspberries in white chocolate, and then, while the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Step 10
Dip the remaining raspberries in dark chocolate and sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries.
Step 11
Serve the chocolate-covered berries with your favorite drinks, such as sparkling wine.
