Ingredients
- Salty Pretzel Sticks - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Philadelphia Cheese - 21.2 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 teaspoons
- Starch film - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 7 fl oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the crust, grind the crackers in a blender and pour them into a bowl. Add melted butter, 3–4 tablespoons of sugar, and mix. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan and place in a preheated oven at 338°F for 10 minutes.
Step 2
For the cheese layer, mix the Philadelphia cheese, sour cream, cream, egg, 1.5 tablespoons of flour, 1.5 tablespoons of starch, and a cup of sugar (to taste). Pour over the crust and return to the oven. Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours at 338°F.
Step 3
If using berries, arrange the berries on the prepared cheesecake. Bring half a cup of juice to a boil, in another half cup of cold juice dissolve 2 teaspoons of starch, optionally add a little sugar. Then pour the cold juice into the boiling juice, stir, and bring to a boil until thickened. Pour this over the cheesecake with berries.
Step 4
Place the finished cooled cheesecake in the refrigerator (for 5–7 hours) to set.
