Description
If you see that there is not enough gelatin, feel free to add more sheets. Fresh berries are best to use rather than frozen ones. If you are a fan of pastry orange gel, you can use that as well.

- Wheat Flour - 8.1 oz
- Almond - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 4.6 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Condensed Milk - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.8 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 7.1 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - 7.1 oz
- Serviceberries - 7.1 oz
- Gelatin - 2.5 oz
- Banana-Orange Nectar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the two types of flour, powdered sugar, 1 egg, and butter well to make the shortcrust pastry.
Step 2
Place everything into a mold, create edges, and bake in the oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cool to room temperature.
Step 4
Mix the cottage cheese, condensed milk, and two eggs using a mixer. Pour onto the cooled pastry and bake again in the oven at 320°F for 20 minutes. If the pastry slightly sticks to your fingers, leave it for another 7 minutes.
Step 5
Cool.
Step 6
Place the berries on the cottage cheese layer and pour the prepared gelatin dissolved in peach juice over everything.
Step 7
Cool until the gelatin is completely set.
