Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Gelatin - 3 spoons
- Sponge Cake Base - 10.6 oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Merlot Grapes - 5.3 oz
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Red Currant - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak 3 tablespoons of gelatin in half a cup of cold boiled water for about 30 minutes (until it swells).
Step 2
Whip the sour cream with sugar. Warm the gelatin until it dissolves (do not bring to a boil) and gradually add it to the sour cream while stirring.
Step 3
Line a deep bowl with plastic wrap and place a layer of berries at the bottom, followed by a layer of broken sponge cake pieces. Repeat with another layer of berries, and so on. Pour the sour cream and gelatin mixture over the layers. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Carefully invert the cake onto a serving plate.
