- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Fresh Berries - 17.6 oz

Sort the strawberries and raspberries (fresh or frozen), rinse them in cold water, and strain through a fine sieve into a ceramic or porcelain dish.
Step 2
Pour the sugar into a pot, add water, bring to a boil, and cool. Pour the cooled syrup into the ice cream maker, add the berry puree, and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the chilled mixture into the ice cream maker, cover it with a lid, surround it with crushed ice mixed with salt (1 kg of salt for every 6–7 kg of ice), pack it tightly, and turn the ice cream maker.
Step 4
During the freezing process, add ice and drain water as needed. Freezing continues for 30–40 minutes. When the ice cream thickens, open the container, remove the paddles, cover it, and let the ice cream sit for an hour to firm up.
