- Semi-soft cream cheese - 11.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Erythritol - 1.4 oz
- Fresh Berries - 8.8 oz

Rinse and mix the fresh berries. The recipe used strawberries, raspberries, and wild strawberries. Mash them with a fork or a potato masher.

Place the cream cheese and erythritol in a baking dish.

Crack in the two eggs.

Mix thoroughly.

Add the berries.

Mix again.

Wait for 15 minutes.

Place the dish in a preheated oven at 392°F for 15 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 230°F and bake for another 80 minutes.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool for 1.5 hours in the slightly open oven. Then place it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
