Berry Lavender Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Frozen black currant puree - ½ cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Butter - 1.8 oz

Step 1
Thoroughly blend the frozen berries in a blender.
Step 2
Beat the butter with sugar. Add the egg, then the berries, sprinkle in the flour, and mix. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Take out the dough, roll it out, and cut out the future cookies. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookies on it. Bake for 15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 4
Be sure to keep an eye on them and check to ensure they do not brown too much; otherwise, they will turn brown. The cookies should be slightly soft and retain a lavender color.
