Ingredients
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Water - 2 cups
- Fresh Berries - 3.9 oz

Step 1
Sort and rinse fresh or frozen berries in cold water, mash with a spoon or wooden pestle in a porcelain dish, and strain through a fine sieve.
Step 2
Pour the berry pulp with 2 cups of hot water, bring to a boil, and strain. Add sugar and gelatin to the resulting juice. Stirring constantly, bring the syrup to a boil.
Step 3
Add the berry puree to the cooled syrup and whip until a frothy mass forms. As soon as this mass thickens slightly, quickly pour it into molds or cups and chill.
