It turns out to be a delicious, tender, juicy pie.
Ingredients
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1½ cans
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Cherry - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the softened butter with ONE egg, sugar, and sour cream. Add the baking soda, I use lemon juice. Then add enough flour to achieve a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Step 2
Grease a shallow baking tray with butter. Pour the batter into it. Place the berries on top; I used cherries. I also made it with red currants. Sprinkle sugar over the berries, if desired.
Step 3
Place in the oven at 356°F for about 30–40 minutes. Five minutes before it's done, pour the filling over the pie.
Step 4
For the filling, beat 1 egg, 2 teaspoons of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of flour, and 3 teaspoons of sugar.
