Description
For the filling, you can use cream instead of sour cream, and add any berries and fruits with soft flesh, cutting them into small pieces. Frozen berries can also be used.
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 6.7 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the condensed milk with the eggs, add the baking powder and flour. Mix everything well. Pour the prepared dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with vegetable oil, and level it out.
Step 2
Bake the crust for 12–15 minutes at 180–392°F in the oven.
Step 3
For the filling, mix the sour cream with the sugar and whip it using a mixer. Wash and dry the berries. Set aside some of the whipped mixture and berries for decoration.
Step 4
While the crust is still hot, spread the filling on top. Evenly distribute the berries on top. Carefully roll it up.
Step 5
Spread the remaining sour cream on the cooled roll and decorate with berries.
