Description

You can make it with any of your favorite berries: strawberries, raspberries, pitted cherries, blueberries, black currants, and more.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
  • Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Frozen black currant puree - 17.6 oz
  • Starch film - 3 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

For the dough, cream the sugar (140 g) with the eggs and butter, then add the sour cream and knead thoroughly. Gradually add enough flour to achieve a soft, elastic dough (you may need a bit more or less than specified).

Step 3

Pinch off about a third of the dough for the top, and place the remaining dough onto a baking sheet with sides or into a baking dish.

Step 4

Top with thawed or fresh berries, and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and cornstarch.

Step 5

Use the remaining dough to create a lattice decoration for the top, pinch all the edges, and place the pie in the oven. Bake for 30–40 minutes.
