Description
Instead of cherry juice, you can use any other juice, for example, apple juice.
Ingredients
- Unsweetened cherry juice - 17 fl oz
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons
- Mint - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Pour the berry juice into a saucepan or small pot and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Gradually sprinkle in the semolina while stirring.
Step 4
Immediately start whisking the semolina to avoid lumps.
Step 5
Cook the semolina, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. When the mixture thickens and starts bubbling, remove from heat.
Step 6
Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Begin to whip the mixture with a mixer.
Step 8
When the mixture turns white, becomes airy, and increases in volume, it is ready.
Step 9
Divide the dessert into dessert cups or bowls and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 10
Garnish with a sprig of mint and powdered sugar.
