- Raspberry leaves - 7.9 oz
- Serviceberries - 8.5 oz
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Buttermilk - 19 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cardamom - ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
In a blender, puree the raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries until smooth. Strain through a sieve, pressing out all the juice into a bowl. Add the sugar, buttermilk, lemon juice, and cardamom. Mix well.
Step 2
Transfer to a container or ice cream maker and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes.
