Ingredients
- Chopped almonds - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 6 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt.
Step 2
Add the yeast, baking powder, and cinnamon, and mix.
Step 3
Add the sugar and beat.
Step 4
Add the almonds and mix.
Step 5
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 6
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape the dough into thin logs and bake for about 20 minutes at 356°F.
Step 7
Remove the dough from the oven, slice it, and bake for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 8
When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
