  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 2.8 oz
  • Sugar - 2.8 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
  • White Chocolate - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F and grease the muffin tins with butter.

Step 2

Break the chocolate into pieces, add cubes of butter. Place over a water bath and allow the chocolate and butter to melt.

Step 3

Whisk the eggs with the yolks and sugar until you achieve a thick light cream, then add the chocolate mixture and whisk thoroughly.

Step 4

Fold in the sifted flour.

Step 5

Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin tins. Add small pieces of white chocolate, ensuring they are not visible from the batter.

Step 6

Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
