- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 7.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Cream 22% - 3 fl oz
- Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the cherry syrup. For this, pit the cherries and sprinkle them with sugar, add vanilla sugar, and place over low heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Then remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Whip the cottage cheese with cream and powdered sugar until fluffy and creamy.
Step 3
Break the cookies into pieces. Place a layer of cookies at the bottom of dessert cups.
Step 4
Top with some cherries along with the syrup.
Step 5
Then add a layer of the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 6
Next, add another layer of cookies.

A layer of cherries with syrup.

Evenly distribute the cottage cheese mixture on top. Place the dessert cups in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Sprinkle the cherry dessert with grated chocolate.
