Ingredients
- Concord Grapes - 24.7 oz
- Water - ¼ cup
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 0.6 cups
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1½ tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the grapes and water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 4 minutes, until the berries start to burst, then reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes, until the water turns a dark grape color.
Step 2
Strain through a sieve into a large bowl, pressing to extract the juice, and cool.
Step 3
Stir in the syrup and lemon juice.
Step 4
Transfer to an ice cream maker or container and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes.
